i had a really nice stay. the hotel was cool, the room was airy and i appreciated outstandingly accommodating staff. the location was very central, magnificent close to liverpool lime street station. i came across dough bar, it was at a moderate distance from the venue, offered nice shots. croissants, cereal, and fruit were better than expected.

The hotel was clean, the staff provided prompt and efficient service and the hotel restaurant served a very good breakfast menu.
The smell of cigarette smoke in the hotel corridors. It would perhaps be better if all smoking rooms were confined to one floor rather than spread across several.

The staff were very happy and helpful, a secure car park free to residents was provided.
Situated in a noisy street. Lots of noise and door banging during the night.
